Prospector Metals Corp. has announced a transaction to sell its non-core Eastern Canadian assets to BeMetals Corp. in exchange for 29,400,000 shares of BeMetals. These shares will be distributed to shareholders of Prospector on a pro-rata basis upon closing of the transaction, which is expected to occur in 2026.
