Prospector Metals Corp. has announced a transaction to sell its non-core Eastern Canadian assets to BeMetals Corp. in exchange for 29,400,000 shares post consolidation shares of BeMetals. These shares will be distributed to shareholders of Prospector on closing of the Transaction on a pro-rata basis. BeMetals will change its name to Lightning Resource Corp and focus on Canadian gold assets.
Projects Overview
Prospector Metals Corp. holds a 100% interest in the ML Project, which encompasses 10,869 hectares within the Tintina Gold Belt in Yukon. The project has shown extensive metal endowment with high-grade gold, silver, and copper occurrences, including drill results of 13.79 g/t Au and 1.84% Cu over 44m. Drill planning for a proposed 25,000m program is underway for 2026.
