- ["Shirley Basin ISR Mine Site, Carbon County, Wyoming: As a part of the Pathfinder acquisition, we own the Shirley Basin and Lucky Mc mine sites in the Shirley Basin and Gas Hills mining districts of Wyoming, respectively, from which Pathfinder and its predecessors historically produced more than seventy-one million pounds of uranium, primarily from the 1960s through the 1990s. The Shirley Basin project is located in Carbon County, Wyoming, approximately 40 miles south of Casper, Wyoming. Conventional mine operations were suspended by Pathfinder in the 1990s due to low uranium pricing. Together with property holdings of patented lands, unpatented mining claims, and private leases totaling nearly 3,700 acres (~1,500 hectares) at Shirley Basin, we also acquired all historic geologic, engineering and operational data related to the mine area. We filed an Initial Assessment Technical Report Summary on Shirley Basin ISR Uranium Project, Carbon County Wyoming (the “Shirley Basin Report,” March 11, 2024). Based upon data from the historical and confirmation drilling at the site, the Shirley Basin Report confirms the project’s mineral resource estimate of 9.1 million pounds eU3O8 in the Measured and Indicated categories. Due to the very high level of density in drilling at the project, all resources within the three proposed mine units are classified as Measured or Indicated. There are no resources in the Inferred category. In April 2026, we commenced initial operations to extract and capture U₃O₈ at Shirley Basin, marking the return of a historic ISR district to active operations. The project is designed as a satellite facility integrated with our Lost Creek processing plant, where U₃O₈ captured on resin at Shirley Basin will be transported for final processing, drying, and drumming. We expect to begin transporting uranium-loaded resin from Shirley Basin to Lost Creek in summer 2026. Development of additional header houses is ongoing, positioning the project for production operations and phased production growth. The tailings facility at the Shirley Basin site is one of the few remaining facilities in the United States that is licensed to receive and dispose of byproduct waste material from other in situ uranium mines. We assumed the operation of the byproduct disposal site and continue to accept deliveries under several contracts.","Lost Creek ISR Mine and Processing Facility, Wyoming: Ur-Energy’s Lost Creek mine is the largest ISR uranium mine in the United States and is ramping up to full production. The same property also hosts the company’s large-scale processing facility, which acts as a hub for both the Lost Creek mine and the Shirley Basin mine. Importantly, the Lost Creek property’s estimated 13-year mine life is based on production from just a small percentage of the vast land package. Constituting a total of 55 square miles, the project has superb near mine expansion potential. The Company has already identified major mineralized trends to the north, west, and south of the existing mine. Of particular note, Lost Creek South is considered highly prospective and has being prioritized for future exploration drill testing. A Technical Report was filed for the Lost Creek Property (the “Lost Creek Report”) on March 9, 2026. The Lost Creek Report provides the most recent resource update. The current mineral resource estimate for the property is 11.9 million pounds eU3O8 in the Measured and Indicated categories, and 10.4 million pounds eU3O8 in the Inferred category. The Technical Report for the Lost Creek Property was prepared in accordance with both U.S. securities laws pursuant to Regulation S-K, Subpart 1300 (S-K 1300) and Canadian National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves. The Lost Creek Report is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. The estimated mineral recovery used in the Lost Creek Report is based on recovery data from wellfield operations to date at the Lost Creek Property. There can be no assurance that recovery at the estimated level will be achieved.","Lost Soldier Project – Great Divide Basin, Wyoming: Our Lost Soldier uranium project is located approximately 17 miles to the northeast of the Lost Creek Project. Lost Soldier has approximately 4,000 historical drill holes defining 14 mineralized sandstone units. We control 105 unpatented mining claims at Lost Soldier, totaling approximately 1,960 mineral acres. We anticipate that further technical work on Lost Soldier will be completed as we expand exploration and development of projects outside the Lost Creek and Shirley Basin properties.","North Hadsell Project - Great Divide Basin, Wyoming: The North Hadsell Project is located approximately three miles west of Lost Soldier and 10 miles north of Lost Creek, and includes 203 unpatented mining claims covering about 3,970 mineral acres. The Project is underlain by the same uranium-bearing geologic formation as Lost Soldier and Lost Creek. While some historical drilling is known in the area, the related data are largely unavailable. An exploration work program commenced in late 2025.","Lucky Mc Mine Site - Gas Hills Mine District, Wyoming: As a part of the Pathfinder Mines acquisition in 2013, we own the Lucky Mc mine site in the Gas Hills mining district of Wyoming, from which Pathfinder and its predecessors historically produced more than 46.7 million pounds of uranium, primarily from the 1960s through the late 1980s. Pathfinder’s predecessors included COGEMA, Lucky Mc Uranium Corporation, and Utah Construction/Utah International. Lucky Mc conventional mine operations were suspended in the late 1980s due to low uranium pricing, and facility decommissioning and reclamation was substantially completed. Following our acquisition of the property, Ur-Energy completed the remaining reclamation work, and the related reclamation bonds and obligations were released.","Excel Gold Project - Excelsior Mountains, Nevada: Our first gold exploration project is the Excel Project, located in west-central Nevada. The project currently comprises 114 federal lode mining claims (approximately 2,600 acres). The project is located within the Excelsior Mountains, in proximity to the Camp Douglas and Candelaria Mining Districts. We identified the mineral potential of this project area from exploration data acquired through our purchase of Pathfinder Mines. Historic exploration programs conducted by Pathfinder in the area of the Excel Project encountered high-grade gold and silver assays. Our initial land acquisition activities were complete in 2018, after which rock sampling and geochemical soil sampling programs were conducted. Since securing the land position, we have conducted additional work at the project on a time-to-time basis and expect to continue to sample and conduct additional exploration activities."]
