About
Toogood Gold is unlocking value through two compelling gold assets in Tier 1 mining jurisdictions. The Company's flagship Table Mountain Project in Nevada is a 4 x 2 km undrilled low-sulphidation epithermal gold system currently being advanced toward its maiden drill program. Complementing this is the Toogood Gold Project in Newfoundland, home to the high-grade Quinlan discovery and significant district-scale exploration upside.

- Toogood Gold Corp. has secured an exclusive option to earn a 100% interest in the Table Mountain Project, which is an undrilled, district-scale low-sulphidation epithermal system located in Lincoln County, Nevada. The project features a 4 km by 2 km alteration footprint with multiple outcropping Au-Ag-bearing epithermal veins. Rock assays have shown values up to 2.6 g/t Au and over 50 g/t Ag, with strong Sb-As-Hg pathfinder anomalism. The system remains effectively untested by modern exploration.

- ["Toogood Gold Corp. reports findings from a technical review of its Table Mountain Gold-Silver Project in Lincoln County, Nevada, completed by Dr. Stuart F. Simmons following a two-day field examination on July 25 and 26, 2026. Highlights include a well-preserved epithermal system, evidence of energetic boiling, surface geochemistry supporting the model, a shallow drill-testable target interval, substantial mineralized structures, and the potential for new discoveries. Dr. Simmons concluded that 'Table Mountain represents a highly favorable opportunity for new discovery in virgin ground.' The project is advancing toward a maiden drill program with ongoing geological mapping, rock and soil geochemistry, and planned CSAMT surveying."]
