Mineral resource
Hercules Gold Project Exploration Target Model: Exploration Target of 819,000 to 1,019,000 oz Au Exploration Target grading between 0.48 g/t Au and 0.63 g/t Au in 40,300,000 to 65,600,000 tonnes. The stated potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature, and there has not been sufficient exploration to define a mineral resource, and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource. The Exploration Target Model has not been evaluated for reasonable prospects of eventual economic extraction. The mineralization is near surface giving the potential of an open pit, heap leach (oxide) operation.

Pursuant to the terms of the acquisition, StrikePoint also assumed estimated reclamation costs of CAD$22,749 related to the Property at the time of acquisition. The Property consists of 116 claims under option from Minquest with an annual advance royalty payment of USD$50,000 per year to be paid between the years 2027 and 2032. The Minquest Claims and a 1-mile area of influence are subject to a 3% net smelter return (NSR) royalty payable to Great Basin Resources Inc. The Company may purchase 50% of the NSR royalty for USD$2 million at any point prior to 90 days post commercial production.
