- 2025 MAIDEN MINERAL RESOURCE (September 2025) Estimating 740,000 ounces at 1.26 g/t gold 1 with immediate follow-up in the coming 12 months with drilling of an additional 50,000 meters. GRADE & RECOVERY Historic open-pit production returned ~70% gold. Additional historical testing suggests 90+% gold is possible. Our above 1 g/t gold resource in Nevada leads the State’s average grade of 0.60 g/t within the state of the Maiden Resource. EXPANSION POTENTIAL Targeting 50,000 meters to achieve a resource of over 2 million ounces 2 in 12 months. The district is comprised of multiple past producing assets that we intent to connect through drilling. GEOLOGY Low sulphidation epithermal system adjacent to the collapsed Manhattan Caldera with the same complex and geological formations as Round Mountain. Structural intersections appear to be a key gold mineralization control. 1: All 740,000 oz are in the inferred category with a 0.3 g/t gold cut-off grade (source: https://wp-scorpiogold-2025.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/media/2025/10/Scorpio-Gold-Manhattan-Mineral-Resource-Estimate-43-101-FINAL-2025-10-23.pdf) 2: The 2-million-ounce target is conceptual in nature and refers to an exploration target only. There has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource, and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource. This statement is based on geological interpretation and does not imply a mineral resource beyond the areas currently classified as inferred.
