The Wharekirauponga low sulphidation epithermal Au-Ag vein system is located approximately 10 kilometres to the north of the Company’s Waihi Gold Mine. Resource conversion drilling at Wharekirauponga during 2023 has increased the Indicated Resource to 2.0 million tonnes grading 15.9 g/t Au for 1.01 million ounces of gold and 1.2 million tonnes grading 9.0 g/t Au for 0.35 million ounces of gold in the Inferred category.

It is the second largest producer of gold and copper in the Country.*\\\n\\\n*Philippine Mines and Geosciences Bureau for 2023, 2024 and 2025.\\\n\\\nThe Didipio area was first recognized as a gold province in the 1970s when alluvial gold deposits were discovered in the region.  We acquired the Didipio project in 2006 as part of a merger with Climax Mining and subsequently built the mine, bringing it into commercial production in 2013.
