On November 18, 2024, NexGen reached a major milestone in the Federal Environmental Assessment process, receiving formal confirmation from the CNSC that it has successfully addressed all information requests. The CNSC deemed NexGen’s Federal licence application sufficient in September 2023, and the Provincial EA approval was received in November 2023.
