The Jackpot Lithium property, located in the Georgia Lake Area about 140 km NNE of Thunder Bay, Ontario, is situated approximately 12 km by road from the TransCanada Highway (Hwy 11) and approximately 50 km from the town of Nipigon, on Lake Superior. The project contains NI 43-101 compliant minerals resources that are contained in two pits located approximately 500 m from each other, the Jackpot deposit and the Casino Royale deposit. The Casino Royale deposit remains open for expansion in all directions. NI 43-101 Resources: Indicated: 3.1 Mt grading 0.85% Li2O; Inferred: 5.3 Mt grading 0.91% Li2O. The initial NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate on the Jackpot Deposit was estimated from over 39,000 meters of drill core as follows: Indicated: 3.1 Mt at 0.85% Li2O; Inferred: 5.3 Mt at 0.91% Li2O. The estimates presented above are treated as historic information and have not been verified or relied upon for economic evaluation by the Company. These historical mineral resources do not refer to any category of sections 1.2 and 1.3 of the NI-43-101 Instrument such as mineral resources or mineral reserves as stated in the 2010 CIM Definition Standards on Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves.
