Goldgroup Mining Inc. has four 100%-owned projects: the Don David Gold Mine, a producing underground mine in Oaxaca, Mexico; the San Francisco Project, a restart-ready open-pit gold mine in Sonora, Mexico; the Cerro Prieto Gold Mine, a producing heap-leach operation in Sonora, Mexico; and the Back Forty Project, a gold-rich VMS project in Michigan, USA, currently undergoing a definitive feasibility study.
