He began his career as a Mining Exploration Geologist and Senior Geologist with the Peruvian Geological Survey before transitioning into the petroleum sector. Independent Director Stephanie Ashton is an Independent Director of Forte Minerals, bringing over 24 years of experience in natural resources, mining finance, corporate development, and Latin American project advancement. Her experience spans natural resources projects in Latin America, Turkey, and Utah, with a focus on exploration, development, financing, and strategic growth.
