In November 2023, Bonterra Resources and Osisko Mining entered into an earn-in and joint venture agreement on the Phoenix JV, allowing Osisko to earn 70% with a C$5 million upfront payment and C$30 million in expenditures over three years. As of August 2024, the JV has drilled 60,000 meters and made a promising discovery of Lynx-style mineralization at the Moss target.
