In November 2023, Bonterra entered into an earn-in and joint venture agreement with Osisko Mining Inc. for the Urban-Barry properties, which include the Gladiator and Barry deposits. This agreement allows Osisko Mining to earn 70% interest with a C$5 million upfront payment and C$30 million in expenditures over three years.
